🫑 protein mac & cheese - there are two ways i go about this depending on what i have on hand! i either make banza mac (chickpea mac with higher protein) according to the box instructions without butter and throw in some frozen peas ORRRR i make kraft mac according to box instructions with light butter & mix in flavorless protein powder & frozen veggies
🫑 protein pancake bowl
ingredients:
86g kodiak power cake mix
26g vanilla protein powder
1/3 cup water
toppings of choice
how to👇🏼
1) mix powders together in a bowl
2) add water until a batter forms
3) microwave for 90-120 seconds
4) top with whatever you like! i love pb & berries
🫑 rice chicken & frozen veggies
ingredients:
1/4 package trader joe’s teriyaki chicken
1/2 cup minute rice
1/4 bag frozen peas
optional: red pepper flakes, soy sauce, garlic pow
how to👇🏼
1) boil 1/2 cup water with 2 tbsp soy sauce & 1/2 tsp garlic powder. add minute rice and cover for 5 minutes then fluff and set aside
2) microwave frozen peas
3) on greased pan cook tj’s chicken with sauce and red pepper flakes
4) assemble bowl and enjoy
