This takes 3 minutes MAX to make. Today Iβm really not at my best and a horrible trait of mine is that when Iβm not at my best, I find making food too much of a hassle. On any other day, my nutrition and exercise is always at the front of my mind so I try to do my best to maintain those standards for myself, even when Iβm not feeling like myself. This tuna salad has become a staple of mine whenever Iβm in a funk or having a bad day because Iβve added things to it that are so tasty. It doesnβt even resemble a tuna salad to me. You can definitely exchange any one of these things for something you might find tastier like exchanging the mayonnaise for avocado because it will still provide that creaminess. If youβre not a fan of hot sauce, you can skip that, but I would still add some sort of seasoning like salt, pepper, or everything but the bagel seasoning. A huge game changer is the roasted seaweed. It adds a crunch that I always look for in a snack.
ingredients :
1 can of skipjack tuna
2 servings of light mayonnaise
5ml of Franks RedHot Sauce
1 dill pickle + splash of pickle juice
