1. Rescue spray (some kind of herb/flower remedy that you spray under your tongue (1 spray is enough) during the panic attack (or just before).

2. Mist spray to cool myself down and create a physical sensation on the face/hands if needed.

3. Lavender essential oil. If I feel an attack coming on, I breathe with this under my nose. I also put it on my pulse areas (wrists, behind the ears, temples) for relaxation.

4. Cee Bee Dee oil. This can be used if I am anxious or know I will be in a situation where I might feel panicky.

5. Face roller to use on my face along with tapping if an attack occurs. Or, you know, to de-puff the face after a long flight.

6. Air Pods for all the guided meditation, water ASMR and brown noise (REMEMBER TO DOWNLOAD IN ADVANCE for offline use)

7. Additional headphones in case the Air Pods run out of battery (that has happened in a crucial moment, and I won’t run the risk again)

8. Some kind of herbal/floral calming tablets. I am yet to try them, but it’s nice having them to hand just in case.

9. Cee Bee Dee gummies. Also, yet to take these.

10. Earplugs. Sometimes I don’t need/want anything other than quiet in my ears.

11. My go-to methods written down on a piece of paper in case I can’t focus my brain during a panic attack.

It’s about finding out what works for you, but these are some of the things that work for ME.

Determined for these panic attacks to never return, so hoping I’ll eventually not need these. But until then - I’ve got them handy at any given time.
