Signs you are in an abusive relationship

📒Notes: If you are experiencing any of these things you may be in an abusive relationship. The goal of your abuser is to make you feel like their abuse is your fault, or to deny their abuse is even taking place. They do these things to first isolate you, that is why them being controlling is so important because if they can’t pick the people around you out, they can’t make sure their abuse can continue. If they are able to isolate you by control they will start denying their abuse or telling you any partner would do these things, they might tell you their abuse is your fault, and if they have you isolated there’s no one around you to tell you that isn’t true and help you see the reality of the situation and possibly get out of it. If you’re in an abusive relationship there is always a way out, and the way they treat you isnt and NEVER was your fault. You are not crazy.
