Bicep Curls – 3X12
Keep a neutral spine and focus on squeezing your biceps at the top
Overhead Press – 3X12
Keep your elbows tucked in to your sides and press the dumbbell right over your head
Skull Crushers – 3X12
Only use your forearms to extend the dumbbell right over your head
Single Arm Press – 3X10 (Each arm)
Hold the dumbbell in one hand and slowly press it into the air right over head
*Use your other hand to stabilize yourself*
Dumbbell Overhead Sit Up – 3X12
Hold dumbbell in both hands, fully extending while you sit up
