Virginia | Things to do | Burnside Farms 🌻

About an hour outside of DC you’ll find Burnside Farms that hosts a myriad of seasonal events! They have tulips in the spring, sunflowers in the summer and Christmas trees in the winter. My boyfriend and I decided to go down to their summer festival as we’ve been trying to go for years and it did not disappoint.

It was a perfect day for the sunset and they even had live music, food+drinks and fireworks! The tickets were about $25 per person if you choose to go during the evening festival and the price includes 3 sunflowers. They even have a little outdoor market where you can buy things like locally made jam and vases for your flowers!

The last day to attend this season will be August 7th so I’d definitely say to check it out asap if you’re able! 💛
