Back at it again with another Alive app workout! This one was sooo good!
This workout is great because it targets basically your entire posterior chain + biceps. Girlies, it’s just as important to work on your
Upper body as your lower body if you want that hour glass shape. Also, a toned back is soooooo cutie! We love a toned back!
When approaching exercises with lower reps, make sure you are using a heavier weight so that it is a challenge to finish out those reps.
Exercises:
Conventional deadlifts 3x5
Bent over underhand barbell row 2x12
Seated dumbbell hammer curl 3x12
Superset (3x12): straight bar straight arm cable pull down
straight bar cable bicep curl
Assisted chin-ups 3xAMRAP
Make sure to stretch before and after your workouts to prevent injury and extreme soreness!!! I promise you it goes a long way and doesn’t take as long as you think 🤗
