Avocado toast with tomatos and burrata.

-Sourdough bread

-Olive oil

-Avocado, lime juice, flaky salt and black pepper smash

-Arugula

-Tomato topped with flaky salt and black pepper

-Burrata cheese

-Extra virgin olive oil for the top

1. Slice sourdough, drizzle olive oil on both sides and toast until crispy and golden.

2. Add the avocado into a bowl, add lime juice, salt and black pepper and smash.

3. Slice the tomatoes and start assembling the toast.

4. Build each toast by assembling in the following order: toasted sourdough, smashed avocado, Arugula, tomatoes sprinkled with salt and pepper, burrata and a drizzle of EVOO. Serve right away and enjoy!
