why spend money outside on a sushi platter when you can make one at home? today’s dinner idea is homemade sushi platter ✨🍣

menu: avocado maki, all in one maki (cucumber, unagi and crab meat) and unagi maki 🤩

basically cooked 3 cups of rice and added sushi vinegar to it to make the sushi rice

this sushi platter would be great for 2-3 pax and above, we were 3 pax but we couldn’t finish it and there will still leftovers hahaha
