Wear a watch that counts your steps!
there are so many tips out there to lose weight and trying to follow all of them to feel extremely overwhelming.
I found that on the days that I just was able to get my steps in, I felt accomplished enough to keep moving forward.
did I have a bad day of eating? did I not make it to the gym? did I not get enough water? sometimes all of those things. however, when I wore my watch knowing that I was hitting my steps made me feel much more aware of my physical activity, and made me feel like I accomplished one health goal for that day.
I was much more aware of sitting around all day, finding stuff to do to keep me busy and it kept me very motivated.
and I also didn't feel like a failure when I wasn't able to accomplish my other goals for the day!
half of the battle of losing weight is fighting a sedentary lifestyle and having my watch helped me keep an eye on that!
