Pimento Cheese Sandwiches 🍞🌶️🧀 #Masters

Sit back relax, eat some sammys, and do absoloutly nothing else while this years masters is on. Well and pound some John Daly’s.

Servings: this cheese filling makes 5 sandwhiches

Ingredients:

White bread

Pimento cheese mixture

4 oz cream cheese - soft

1/2 cup mayo

4 oz pimento peppers - drained

1 tbsp grated onion or shallot

1 cup white sharp cheddar

1 cup yellow sharp cheddar

1 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp salt, pepper, onion powder

1/2 tbsp dried chive

Couples dashes cayenne pepper

Couple dashes Worcestershire sauce

John Daly drink:

2 shots vodka of choice (less or more)

Mixed with arnold palmer (half iced tea & lemonaid)
