HELP WHY DOES MY MAKEUP DO THIS?!?! 🫶

HELP!! So I’m 33. I know I don’t have skin like I used to in my 20s. But I try everything. I have a good skin care routine. I hydrate I wear SPF I use retinol hyaluronic acid all sorts of moisturizers. I let it soak and sometimes I don’t, but my make up always seems to look this way and separate it makes me so angry because I love Makeup but I feel like I’m doing something wrong. I feel like I just shouldn’t use powder maybe? I don’t know. I’m just frustrated and I wanna be able to use make up because I love it. Any suggestions would be highly highly appreciated.
