Time block your day with Google Calendar 🕘

Google Calendar is a new edition to my planning routine, but it has been so helpful keeping me on track and staying productive throughout the day! This is especially helpful being someone who works from home, by keeping my schedule structured!

Create Calendars

This first thing I did was create a new calendar for each task in my workflow, and also some others for frequently recurring tasks. You can customize the title of each calendar and also the hex codes, which is so fun for aesthetic purposes.

Add Events

Once you have your calendars, you can click on an empty space throughout the week (or current day) which will add a new event. You can add a title, adjust the time block, change the calendar for the task etc. Once created, you can drag the event to move it, and adjust the time block by dragging down at the bottom of the event box.
