I’m currently on a weight loss journey to lose my baby weight & have been researching on healthy food recipes. thought ill share my favourite dessert/breakfast chia pudding recipe here! so easy to make and refreshing to have on a hot day after a workout ☀️
💦 this one’s approximately 250 calories if you do without the honey or fruits!
here’s what’s i like in mine:
•chia pudding
mix 3 tablespoon of black chia seed with 120ml/half cup of almond milk, leave it to chill overnight. for better texture, stir the mixture 10 mins after leaving it in the fridge
•greek yoghurt
•1 tablespoon of BHB epresat
it’s a botanical beverage high in tons of vitamins — basically a health supplement (link here ). you can add it to salads or smoothie too!
•berries
i like either blueberries or strawberries for the fruit layer
•honey
besides its health benefit, i really like how the sweetness of honey blends with the sourness of the fruits so i add a ton of this 😍
•flaxseed with cinnamon
another healthy crunch as topping — mine’s from Linswood (link here )
