4. Cold plunge for 1 Min.

5. Lay out on the warm stones

6. Cold plunge for 1 Min.

7. Body temp Pool

8. Dry sauna

9. Hot temp pool

10. Lay out on the warm stones and read my book.

11. Cold plunge for 1 Min.

12. Steam room

13. Take a shower

14. Head to the cafe for Breakfast

*Tip* : Make sure to wait before jumping into opposite temp pools, allow your body to return to its natural state.
