These 3 exercises will have your whole body on fire! 🥵
➡️ Barbell Rows: Back focused workout that can be done overhand or underhand. Stay slow and controlled to really work those muscles 💪🏽
➡️ Front Squats: This is another squat variation that for some reason really challenges me vs back squats 😵💫 It’s important to make sure your form is on point to avoid injury with this variation!
➡️ Overhead Press: These will have your shoulders screaming 😱 Start with the bar to make sure your muscles are ready to add weight, & keep your core tight throughout!
