✨ Key focuses are to make sure you squeeze at the top. (You don’t have to actually touch your toes, just reach)
➡️ Reverse crunches are one of my faves for that lower pooch and stubborn belly area.
✨ Key focuses for this exercise are to make sure you keep your core tight the whole way up and down.
➡️ Planks are one of my least favorite BUT one of the most effective exercises to build a strong overall core!
✨Key focuses are to make sure your bottom isn’t too high or too low. Also keep a tight core the whole time.
