🌶️ Red Pesto and Scallops:

- Ingredients:

- Red pesto (I used store-bought)

- Cooked scallops

- Salt and pepper

🥑Avocado and Scallops:

- Ingredients:

- Avocado mixed with lemon juice, salt, and pepper

- Toast

- Scallops

Spread the seasoned avocado on the toast, then delicately place the cooked scallops on top. Sprinkle a bit more salt and pepper for that extra touch.
