Highly recommended ramen spot in Mont Kiara, KL

📍Kanbe Ramen, 163 retail park Mont Kiara, KL

Aesthetic Japanese restaurant where there’s a little artificial bridge right in front of the shop. Love the exterior and the entire vibes here. I would say that their workers are super friendly as they will greet every customer as you entered the restaurant.

🍜Broth was super thick and rich while the noodles were cooked just nice. I actually considered level 4/5 for spiciness but waitress told us to start with level 1. Lucky enough for me to have mine with level 5🌶️🌶️. Tbh it wasn’t as spicy as how I’ve wanted but the taste of chilli powder was strong🫣. I'm not a regular chashu eater but the size was huge, thick slices that is worth the money. I don't really mind whichever chashu although this is not the "melting-in-the-mouth" one that will be preferred by many I guess. Poached egg was cooked perfectly, approved the quality of it!

As for karagae, this is definitely one of the best in town!! Juicy, crispy deep fried chicken with the ultimate tangy sauce. Love it!
