Go for Shiro soup if you want to taste the original flavour!

There are two kinds of noodles here,

Tsukemen/ Ramen~

What I ordered are:

🔸Tsukemen Yuzu

The soup is separate with the noodle (Dipping Ramen)

Yuzu Base is pork bone soup enhanced with yuzu, give it a refreshing,

Texture soup of Tsukemen is quite thick for me~

🔸Ramen Aka

For soup ramen, Kanbe Ramen prides itself on their pork bone soup base, made from 100% pork bones and cooked for 48 hours, giving every bite depth and richness.

What I ordered is Aka which is a spicy soup base, and the noodles and ChaSiu were perfect for me!

Their pricing is slightly high but definitely worth to try it! 😉

Don't forget to say they offer bottomless iced or hot tea!
