For Ajiya’s Combo, you can choose any 3 ingredients:

> Seafood: Crabmeat, Tako, Scallop (+$0.50), Prawn (+$0.50), Tobiko (+$0.50),

> Meat & Dairy: Bacon, Smoked Duck, Mozzarella Cheese and more

> Vegetables: Shiitake, Spinach, Kimchi, Grilled Onions, Capsicum

For Veggie Delight, you can choose any 3 ingredients:

> Vegetables: Shiitake, Spinach, Kimchi, Grilled Onions, Capsicum

I got the Ajiya’s Combo and chose scallop, mozzarella cheese and bacon. It was so good 🤤 Besides okonomiyakis, Ajiya offers other Japanese dishes as well, such as Garlic Fried Rice, Yaki Soba, Scallop Mentai, Potato Cheese Mentai and so much more! Here’s the menu

Personally, I find the ambience at Ajiya to be quite captivating. Despite its modest size, the restaurant exudes a warm and inviting atmosphere, with an interior design that effectively transports me to Japan 🏯 The cosy atmosphere of the restaurant adds to the charm and creates an intimate setting that is perfect for a relaxing and enjoyable dining experience 😆🍴

Overall, I enjoyed making my own okonomiyaki and found it delicious! If you like the concept of “cook-it-by-yourself”, then I highly recommend checking out this restaurant 🤗
