your new favorite way to make meatballs!

Meatballs:

1 lb ground chicken

1/2 cup feta

1 egg

3-4 cloves garlic, minced

1/4 cup panko, l use @kikkoman!

1/4 tsp each of salt, pepper, & oregano

2-3 mint leaves chopped

Fresh parsley and dill (I eye ball this, about 2 tbsp each)

AIR FRY 350 (preheated) FOR 12 MINUTES

Cucumber & tomato salad:

11/2 cup tomatoes, chopped

11/2 cup cucumber, chopped

1/2 cup Kalamata olives

3 tosp olive oil

2 tosp red wine vinegar

Salt, pepper, oregano, dill, and fresh lemon juice to taste!

This makes 4 servings

Homemade tzatziki

11/4 cup Greek yogurt

1 clove garlic, grated

Fresh mint & dill

1/2 cup Grated cucumber

1 tosp honey

Fresh lemon juice or white
