Another great thing about this soup is that it tastes even better the next day! Ingredients listed below

Ingredients:

1 small onion

3-4 garlic cloves

1 tsp each of salt, pepper, & chili flakes

3/4 cup orzo

7 cups chicken broth

2-3 cups shredded chicken

1/2 cup pesto

3 handfuls spinach

Juice from 1 lemon

If you have leftovers you may have to add some extra chicken broth when reheating bc orzo is very absorbent
