2 minute tacos

aka your new favorite lunch!

For when you want a quick & healthy meal that also tastes delicious!

I'm not going to lie, this has been my go to lunch lately because it only takes a couple minutes to make & reminds me of my favorite cafe!

All you need is

- tortillas (love the Siete ones!)

- lunch meat of choice

- greens (I love arugula!)

- Avocado (you could also use honey mustard!)

METHOD

01. Cook your tortillas

02. Add a layer of mashed avocado

03. Add on your lunch meat

04. Top with a handful of greens

05. Roll up your taco & enjoy
