1/2 tsp each:
Garlic powder
Onion powder
Smoked paprika
Chili powder (optional)
Avocado oil spray
Sugar-free bbq sauce, 3-5 tbsp
Honey, 3-5 tsp
Dried parsley, to garnish
For the Mac n Cheese Sauce:
Mac n Cheese shell pasta
1 cup cottage cheese
1 cup broth (chicken or veggie)
2 light laughing cow cheese wedges
2-3 tbsp of mac n cheese powder
Salt n pepper to taste
3 velveeta cheese singles
Smoked paprika and black pepper, to garnish
Makes 4 servings, per serving:
