THIS MUST BE THE CHEAPEST 烤鱼 IN SINGAPORE! 🥵

If you're a 烤鱼 fan, you gotta check out this 烤鱼 from JiangHu Hotpot at Orchardgateway.

It costs just $15.80 NETT for a HUGE FISH that can feed 2-3 people.

I've eaten this 3x in the last few months, and it's really super cheap and worth it for the price you're paying!

The catch:

1. Only available on weekdays

2. Only available for takeaway

I always dapao this to eat with my colleagues because we work nearby.

But if you don't work nearby, it'll be good for staycations nearby (can dapao back to your hotel room), or you can dapao it home to eat.

The restaurant even provides this fuel thingy then you can use to heat up your fish and keep it warm!

They have different flavours every day of the week:

- Classic Spicy on Monday

- Green Pepper on Tues

- Tomato Soup on Wed

- Thai Tomyum on Thurs

- Spiced Black Bean on Fri

Out of the different flavours I've tried, the Green Pepper is the best.

Each flavour comes with different free ingredients.

For Green Pepper, you get free quail eggs, instant noodles, sweet potato noodles, and shirataki noodles. The free liao is also damnnn shiok, especially the quail eggs and shirataki noodles.

Portion-wise, it's such a huge portion that you get!

We add rice (1 bowl of rice shared across 2 people) because the fish soup goes SO great with rice.

And with the fish + free ingredients + rice, it roughly feeds 2-3 people with 1 fish.

Literally all my colleagues who have tried this LOVE it, and everyone's mindblown at how cheap it is.
