We're happy we chose these for our kitchen! 🥰

As a first time home owner & first time renovating our home, we've definitely had our fair share of decisions that we made that we kinda regretted. But this time round, I'm sharing the major parts of the kitchen that we still love, 9 months in ❣️

𝙁𝙖𝙧𝙢𝙝𝙤𝙪𝙨𝙚 𝙨𝙞𝙣𝙠

Sink-wise, I had no preference in the beginning. I just knew I didn't want stainless steel because of how sterile it smells after cleaning. I'm happy that we went with this sink! It's huge enough to accommodate large pots where I don't have to scoot it at an angle to wash it.

𝙋𝙪𝙡𝙡 𝙤𝙪𝙩 𝙩𝙖𝙥

Again, I had no preference in the type of tap I preferred. My husband chose this style of taps because he did not like those kind of pull down taps that tend to spoil easier. I also learnt that those taps uses some sort of a pulley system where there's a weighted item on the underside of the sink cabinet. Personally, I find it one less thing to worry about 😬.

Sensor touch taps did come across my mind simply because of how cool it seemed. But in reality, I did not need that kind of technology. For me, the more technology there is to a product, the more I wouldn't understand it & may potentially damage it 😅

𝘿𝙤𝙪𝙗𝙡𝙚 𝙙𝙤𝙤𝙧 𝙛𝙧𝙞𝙙𝙜𝙚

Now, for fridges, we both wanted a double door just so we could store more food, like meal prep stuff. Coming from a small bar type of fridge from our rental space, this has been a major upgrade. For a long while, our fridge was mostly empty because of how used we were to not buying lots of groceries.

Now, we love it so much! The preference for having an ice & water dispenser kinda came in after the salesperson showed us those. We fell in love & never looked back! As we didn't intend on buying an entirety separate water/ice dispenser that could cost about 3k, we decided to splurge on this fridge. There's also a nano technology for the dispenser that prevents mould from growing. You could read up more on their official site.
