Whats your weekend going on? Me? I played badminton. Its been a while since I last play badminton with my packed schedule and busy routine. Ever since I’ve started working and doing content creating, I barely had the time to exercise (i know this sounds like an excuse) but its the sad truth.

hence, I’m trying to squeeze in a lil bit of exercising and taking care of my health on a weekly basis. At least once or twice a week is enough. i think badminton is suitable bcus its mix of high-intensity exercise, followed by a mini break, ensures that your heart rate stays high but you have time to catch your breath so you don’t even notice how hard you are working.

It’s great for fat burning and an hour of playing competitive badminton can burn up to 500 calories per hour (more than running)‼️

since i have bad cholesterol level, playing badminton lowers the bad cholesterol while increasing HDL levels (the good cholesterol). badminton also strengthens the heart muscles and is a good sport.
