Ep 2:From vision to reality, planning to launching

After realising the gap in the market for stylish, affordable activewear, we felt this burning desire to do something about it. But knowing you have a vision and making it a reality are two very different things. The journey to build Duckcall wasn’t a smooth ride—it was filled with late nights, doubts, and countless moments where we thought, Can we actually pull this off?🫠

There were challenges at every step—navigating the world of fabric sourcing, debating design details, and dealing with prototype setbacks. But through it all, we held onto one thing: the belief that Duckcall could fill that missing piece. We didn’t just want activewear that was functional; we wanted something that made people feel empowered, confident, and stylish—both in and out of the gym.

From those early design sketches to finally holding the first prototype in my hands, every piece of Duckcall was created with love, determination, and a focus on detail. Our first collection, “Elevating Motion,” represents that journey—versatile skorts that let you move freely, effortlessly blending function and fashion. Whether you’re on the pickleball court or running errands, we wanted these skorts to make you feel unstoppable. 🏓

The obstacles made the launch even more rewarding. We’re proud of where Duckcall is today, and we’re so excited to keep pushing boundaries.
