What do girls look for in a guy?

Hello. I was just wondering if I will be ever good enough for a girl. So actually Im quite curious are what are the social expectations of a guy to be worthy of a girl in Singapore. I have no female friends to ask so I hope some ladies can enlighten me. I know the basic standards like the guy have to be the provider and stuff. But I'm so clouded by social media that I have some pretty unrealistic expectations of myself like I have to be 6'5, blue eyes and make 6 figures kind then I'm worthy enough. When I look at my bank account, I just feel daunted and afraid that she will look down on me.

I'm 29, just started on a new industry so pay is relatively low for my age(<4k) plus I'm studying part time. I'm not rich, good looking or charismatic. In fact, I can be quite of an introvert. Would a pretty average guy like me be able to find someone? Do girls see my situation as acceptable or will I have to work harder to improve my chances? What are the average expectation of a girl in Singapore?
