newly renovated lola’s cafe!

i didn’t know lola’s cafe renovated and even changed their menu!

the cafe looks wayyy more aesthetic now and here’s what we ordered:

🍝 bacon & mushroom truffle cream linguine

this was quite good, the truffle taste was pretty strong and was overall a good dish!

🍖 pork collar with barley risotto

the barley risotto was nice, loved the texture!! and the pork collar was tender and tasty.

🍔 garlic soy fried chicken burger

quite a basic burger and it wasn’t anything fantastic, wouldn’t really order this the next time.

🥗 miso salmon grain bowl

cant go wrong with grain bowls and the seasoning was top notch!!

🍟 nacho cheese tater tots

the cheese was just the square cheese that we usually buy but tater tots were gooooood

🍗 honey paprika crispy wings

quite tasty and makes a good sharing dish!

🍋 lemon meringue tart

it was realllyyy sour but super nice!!! actually really enjoyed it hehe and my friends surprised me with it for my belated birthday!

overall the menu caters to everyone’s palettes and it’s worth going back :)) don’t exactly know the changes in the menu as i don’t head to lola’s often but it’s worth going at least once!
