I am definitely a coffee girly over tea yet after learning so many benefits of tea I decided to give it a chance and I love it now.
I now love taking it during my period. I make an effort to take it more often during this time because it is the time I feel less like myself. Low energy, brain fog, achy and bloated.

2. Green tea always gives me the energy boost I lack during my period. I replace coffee with tea since coffee can dehydrate you and I try to avoid that during my period.
3. Turmeric tea helps me with my headaches. I almost always get headaches during my period so taking this tea is very helpfu
