The Best French Onion Soup Ever!

The chilly winter weather makes me want a warm bowl of soup, and my favorite soup happens to be French onion. The best French onion soup I have ever eaten was at a French restaurant called La Gare in Prague this past summer. OMG, it was soooo good! Many restaurants are stingy with the cheese, but here, there was gobs of it, and I couldn't get enough! This will forever be my standard for French onion soup. What's yours?

PS, the escargot (snails) were also amazing! Highly recommend!
