My fav lauk; Asam Rebus

This is my first time masak lauk ni. I dont know la if this is the right way to cook it 🥲 but my husband cakap sedap je 🤣 I love masak lauk yang tak perlu tumis, you just campak all the ingredients and let it simmer for a while then boom terus boleh makan haha

Ingredients

1 tbsp of red onion paste

1tbsp of chili paste (kalau nak pedas you can add more)

1/2 inch of ginger

1tsp of tumeric powder

Asam keping

Ikan Kembung ( boleh je nak replace dengan ikan lain)

Bendi

Tomatoes

Salt
