The perfect lunch!!! The Viral Joe & the Juice Tunacado 😜

DEETS•

- Tuna - Drain & empty one can of yellowfin tuna in olive oil into a bowl. Mix with 1.5 tbsp of avocado Mayo from @primalkitchenfoods, 1/2 tbsp of yellow mustard, juice of 1/4 of a lemon, & salt & pepper

- Sandwich -

1. Toast your choice of bread! I used sesame Ezekiel

2. Top one side of your toast with pesto - I used the kale vegan pesto from @traderjoes

3. Add sliced tomato & avocado

4. Top the other side with your tuna mix

5. *Optional* but SO GOOD - Add Hot & Sweet Jalapeños to your tuna side

6. Close your sandwich & add to a pan with a light spray of avocado oil to heat up & crisp up your bread! ENJOY 🤩
