🌟They have 2 outlets, one at Potong Pasir and the other at Toa Payoh. I went to the Potong Pasir Outlet to get ready for #HotLemon8Summer !! It was super convenient, about 5 mins walk from the mrt? The staff was super kind to send me a video of the directions as well through WhatsApp, so I had no problem getting here :-)

🌟HANDS DOWN THE LEAST PAINFUL FACIAL IVE EVER BEEN TO. And trust me, I’ve been battling acne skin so I have tried A LOTTTT of facials. Extraction was always the most dreaded part of my facials bc it was so pain I had to pinch myself to distract myself from the pain. (I literally got high pain tolerance from this too - I alw tell myself if I can get thru facial I can get thru anything LOL)

🌟But this facial shooked me bc for the first time ever, the extraction was SOOO gentle I could almost just ignore the pain and even fall asleep ?? (Ok this is bc I have v high pain tolerance already, but definitely super bearable !) I have another friend that visited this facial as well and she told me the same thing, the extraction was the least painful she has ever experienced too!! So yes u r definitely in good hands here hehe she did such a great job clearing out my blackheads and pimples too !!

🌟The prodedure for ultra calming facial:

1) change into robe

2) steam face

3) extraction and eye brow shaping

4) high frequency wand to remove bacteria and prevent infection !

- may be a little scary for first timers bc there’s the zapping sound, but not pain at all!!

5) cooling machine

- applied together with the serum to increase absorption of serum + calm down ur skin from the extraction

6) apply serum

7) calming mask for ~15-20 mins

- this really felt super calm !! Also it reminds me of the dr jart rubber mask bc she was able to pull the whole thing off

8) applying skincare

9) drink tea and you’re free to go !

🌟The entire procedure lasted about 1.5h. The other thing that shocked me was the ZERO hard selling. When I came out of the room and saw the tea on the table, I was prepared to hear them talk about the package etc etc cus of the countless hard selling I’ve experienced at other clinics. But to my surprise, she just told me that I was free to go already !! I was so shocked HAHAHAH really super chill, great for those of u who hate hard selling !! (I hate it too it’s super pressurizing and annoying 😢)

🌟Immediately after the facial, my face had abit of redness but that’s completely normal ! I think my face was already less red compared to usual bc of the painless extraction + calming ingredients used during the facial, which is great hehe. It’s been 2 days since the facial and the redness have subsided and my skin looks more glowy ✨

🌟overall I really enjoyed the facial, would definitely come back and recommend this to anyone who is looking for a fuss free facial experience ! :)
