how to STOP ROTTING on the weekend

Feel like you've just been rotting on the couch on your days off? Or maybe every Sunday is spent just laying on the couch or in bed watching tv or scrolling?

If that makes you happy - go for it! I def have my fair share of rotting. But I also get to the point where I would feel much better if I just went and did something that made me feel good.
