things to do on the weekend - no drinking!

There are plenty of things to do that don’t involve alcohol! I am not sober but I have many weekends where I don’t drink, simply because I save drinking for special occasions or certain times with friends. I am a dietitian/trainer so I am health conscious.

I have tons of ideas for things you can do without drinking (realistically - you can do anything without drinking, even going to the bar, but that’s not really fun for a lot of people). If you are feeling lost on what to do on the weekend without alcohol, I put together some fun ideas for you!!

These all have been keeping me entertained! I know it is a bit different for a small town because I am from a small place originally - so I realize there is not as much to do in places like that. But in my city where I live now, I could explore all day every weekend and still not make it to all the places! I feel lucky to live in a place that has so many options.
