A food log takes so little time and can have so many benefits. this is more for people who don’t want to take the time to measure/track their food in an app like my fitness pal.

I know for some people like busy moms, people working multiple jobs, or people who get obsessive with hitting certain macros, tracking in My Fitness Pal just isn’t realistic or sustainable for them. It’s also just not something that anyone wants to do forever, so this is a great alternative!

You can simply take two minutes to write down what you ate, or even plan out what you are going to eat! You also can upload photos if that helps you 📸

You can track how your meals make you feel, if you felt satisfied, notice if you didn’t get enough veggies in, see if there are reoccurring foods that are causing digestion issues, etc!

A lot of benefit in a small amount of time ☺️

I am a dietitian and I do a food log pretty much every day to keep me accountable to eating nutritious meals and not just snacking.
