🍋Clean My Depression Dorm With Me🍋

i know i am too old to have my room in this state but listen… mid-semester rot gets to the best of us💀

but on a real note, i struggle with anxiety and depression and it got really bad these past few weeks - hence the room! it got to the point where everything just felt overwhelming, including cleaning my room😬

however, i just wanted to share a REALISTIC rot dorm since the other ones i’ve seen always look staged. (one shirt on the floor does not equal depression room fyi ) now, is this disgusting? ABSOLUTELY. am i embarrassed to show this?? ABSOLUTELY!! but mental health is REAL and effects everyone in different ways.
