this meal as been on a weekly rotation in my house because we LOVE it🤌🏽 these Greek bowls are super easy to make and super nourishing!

🥙MEATBALLS— In a large bowl combine:

1 lb of organic ground pork

1 lb of grass fed ground beef

1 tbs finely chopped mint + dill

¼ c finely minced red onion

3 cloves of finely minced garlic

add 2 tbs each of garlic powder and onion powder

add ½ tsp of red pepper flakes, oregano, and cumin

add salt and pepper

next we’re going to mix and form the meatballs. This recipe should yield about 24 meatballs that you’re going to bake at 425 for 15-20 minutes.

🥙TZATZIKI

½ c grated cucumber

2 cloves fresh garlic

1 tbs garlic powder

½ c fresh dill

1 cup full-fat Greek yogurt

Juice of one lemon

salt (to taste)

🥙ASSEMBLE

Now you’re going to take your tzatziki, sliced grape tomatoes, sliced cucumbers, couscous, and meatballs (optional: arugula greens). Now you’re going to assemble your bowl with all the toppings you like and now you can enjoy!! 🤌🏽🤤
