122lbs down! 4lbs until I finally see onderland—I’ve stayed off the scale for the past few weeks because I was getting obsessive with it and needed to give myself a mental break. I’ll be doing a weigh in on Tuesday, and not gonna lie, I’m a little nervous. I don’t think it’s gone up—I haven’t gone off track, haven’t done any old habits or anything like that. But due to some life things, haven’t been able to get the gym and just doing basic at home workouts.

And honestly—I wish I wasn’t so fixated on seeing a 1 on the scale. I know WHY I want to see it so badly, I just kind of wish I didn’t want it so much. I wish I was just content with the weight I’ve lost so far, if that makes sense?

When I look at myself, most days I just see a chronically obese woman still. A lot of the days, I struggle to really SEE my progress. Some days I can see it, of course, but most days all I see is “there’s still work to be done”

And that’s not mentally healthy either. I’m working on it. 🤍
