In just three simple steps, you can elevate your cardio game and get a good workout in that will leave you BURNING and feeling good!!
Step 1: Set the intensity to level 10 and power through for one minute. Feel the burn as your muscles engage and your heart rate rises.
Step 2: Challenge yourself even more by increasing the intensity to level 12 for another minute. Embrace the challenge and focus on engaging your core as you push through.
Step 3: Repeat this sequence 15 times for total of 15 minutes and be prepared to sweat!!
This routine of mine is perfect for cutting season, helping me shed 5 pounds of body fat just in time for summer. The combination of high-intensity intervals and stair climbing has proven to be a game-changer, boosting my endurance, toning my legs, and burning calories in a fun way like never before.
Don't worry if the higher levels seem frustrating at first – simply start with levels 8-10 and gradually work your way up. Progress is key, and every step counts!
