What I eat in a day to maintain weight.
Breakfast: strawberry cheesecake overnight oats
I honestly am just becoming a fan of overnight oats! I tried them before from Trader Joe’s & it was a HARD NO for me lol. I then tried a recipe I saw on TikTok & I’ve been hooked ever since.
Snack: Protein Bar x2 I usually eat about two of these a day! Along with fruit.
Lunch: Tuna/ Lettuce wrap
Tuna made with red onion, vegan mayo, salt,pepper, and lemon juice.
Dinner: Salmon Bowl
I make this recipe in variations. Sometimes I use brown rice , sometimes Jasmine. I also measure out my servings to the correct size.
