It’s my first post here and I’ve been wanting to share some things that have worked for my skin!
Backstory: Prior to covid, my skin was pretty good however it got alot worse when wearing masks were compulsory. I suffered from cystic acne and spent a huge amount of money trying to heal my skin barrier.
Suffering from acne was never easy. It made me self conscious and i hated what i saw in the mirror. I spent SOOO much money trying to fix my skin. After 3 years, i finally found some things that helped me, and hopefully this will help some of you too!
This post will consist of 2 parts:
1. How i healed from within (diet, supps)
2. What i did surface level to help with my acne (facials, products)
What i did:
✨Drank cold pressed celery juice every morning. I started seeing results within a week! My acne was less inflamed and i got fewer breakouts!
✨Cut out dairy. When i craved for something with milk, i always opted for OAT/ALMOND milk.
✨ Supplements: Pantothenic Acid, Omega 3, and Zinc are great for the skin! i got all my supps from iherb.com👍🏻
