My battle with acne prone skin started 4 years ago when I first entered Uni! Combined with the stress and hustle, my skin was constantly breaking out in redness and cysts for the first time.
I used multiple products that boasts instant acne recovery and spent $$$$ on accutane, creams and skincare that only altered my skin so slightly but made it much more sensitive! I also tried going on very strict skin diets that did not help.

Balance is key here, and knowing your stress limits will help skin recovery greatly! Getting enough sleep and self care time daily is super important ❤️
2. Simple skincare routine
I now keep a very simple skincare routine of cleansing oil, cleanser, Moisturising toner, serum and acne cream! I don't overload my face with products and only choose high quality products that has helped with my skin recovery so far.
