Easy, fast, high protein, filling. Everything I look for in a breakfast!
This is one of my go-to breakfasts and can be easily adjusted for cutting or maintenance.
This bowl has 38g of protein and it tastes like dessert.
Using 1/2 cup of oats I place them in a bowl and cover them with water. Pop it in the microwave for 1 minute. Stir in a scoop of PEScience vanilla protein powder. Top with a banana, peanut butter, and cinnamon and you have a filling breakfast!
