Okay, you asked and I shall deliver.
*Now I am not a doctor nor do I know anything medical, so do your own research. This is solely my own experience.
I have been using Berberine for about 2 weeks and I have noticed some things. Both good and bad and I will pin them all out.
Good:
- I have had absolutely no hunger. To the point that I go hours without eating and I forget to eat.
- I do not crave sweets, at all.
- I get full very fast, 2-3 bites into my plate I am stuffed. I am sharing every plate of food now.
- I am sleeping more.
- I lost 3 lbs. In 2 weeks.
Bad:
- I forget to eat, so I’m tired more.
- My belly gets filled with gas and I find myself burping a lot.
- The Gas makes my belly hurt a bit, a 2 out of 10 pain. It’s bearable but inconvenient.
- I don’t find joy in food.
- I forget to drink water because I feel very full.
Like all pills I have tried in the past, they have good and bad side effects. These were mine. I like these pills because unlike other pills that I have tried in the past, these don’t make my heart pound faster or give me anxiety. They take my hunger away and turn off any craving I may have of any sweet. The gas and mild pain is a bit annoying but I just stretch a bit and drink some seltzer water and it usually feels better after.
