Berberine Review

I'd like to start off by saying that I've noticed this has turned into a major "fad" on Tiktok and Instagram for weight loss.. however, in my case it isn't that.

I've been on metformin for about 2 years now. I've been having THE worst time maintaining my blood sugar since having my baby boy. Let's be honest, Metformin isn't kind to the body... or at least in my case. I've been struggling to keep my weight off and I've just been at a loss. I've seen so many people talking about Berberine and what it has done for them so I thought I'd give it a try. Before anything I did talk to my doctor and she approved for a trial run.

Overall: it has helped my blood sugar A LOT and is something that I take regularly. However I was advised to take a break after 3 weeks. 3 weeks on, 1 week off to start. In one months time, I've lost about 4 pounds and am feeling really good! My blood sugar hasn't given me any issues during this time, so that's a major plus.
