Ingredients:
2 rice noodle packs ( @lotusfoods )
1/2 pound of Wild Caught Jumbo Shrimp
spices: 1/2 tbsp of salt, pepper, ginger, garlic powder,onion powder, paprika
Sauce:
1 tbsp of grass fed butter ( I used @vitalfarms )
1/4 cup of coconut milk ( I used @nativeforestbrand )
1/4 cup of Parmesan
1/2 tbsp of arrowroot ( I used @bobsredmill )
2 tbsp of honey @localhivehoney
2 tbsp of coconut aminos ( I used @bigtreefarmsbali )
1 tbsp of sriracha ( I used @yellowbirdsauce )
5 garlic cloves
1/4 parsley
Directions:
1. Cook your noodles in water according to package. Season shrimp with spices above.Cook for 2-3 mins on each side until browned.
2. In the same pan, add all the sauce ingredients, mix well, and let it simmer for 2 to 4 minutes.
3. Add cooked noodles back into the sauce. Mix well until completely coated with sauce and then add your shrimp, green onions and Enjoy!
